License Agreement

1. Overview

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Anchored Learning (“Licensor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual or organization (“Licensee,” “you,” or “your”) who purchases, accesses, or uses the Anchored Learning curriculum, courses, materials, or resources (“Curriculum”). By accessing or using the Curriculum, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Anchored Learning grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Curriculum for educational and ministry purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• You may teach or facilitate the Curriculum within your church, ministry, or small group.

• You may print or reproduce student handouts and worksheets solely for participants in your group or organization.

• You may download and access digital materials for personal and ministry use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Curriculum outside the scope of the license, which permits use by one (1) church/organization at a single physical campus location only. Use by multiple campuses, online campuses, affiliated churches, or external groups requires the purchase of additional licenses.

• Sell, resell, or distribute the Curriculum or any portion of it outside your licensed organization.

• Post, share, or upload digital materials to any public website, social media page, or shared drive accessible by the general public.

• Modify or create derivative works from the Curriculum without written permission from Anchored Learning.

• Use the Curriculum for any commercial purpose without a separate commercial license.

• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices.

4. Ownership

All content, including text, videos, guides, images, and resources, remains the intellectual property of Anchored Learning and is protected by copyright law. Your license provides permission to use the content; it does not transfer ownership.

5. Duration and Termination

This license remains in effect for the term specified at purchase (for example, one year for annual memberships).

When your membership term expires, your online access to the Curriculum, community features, and any digital platform resources will end. However, you may retain and continue to use any materials you have previously downloaded during your active membership, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Anchored Learning may terminate this license immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination for cause, you must discontinue use of the materials and delete any stored copies not permitted for retention under this section.

6. Updates and Modifications

Anchored Learning may update, revise, or replace portions of the Curriculum or this Agreement at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Curriculum is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Anchored Learning is not responsible for any loss, damage, or outcomes resulting from use of the materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Anchored Learning be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Curriculum.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
