Stay The Course

Anchored in Christ, Driven by Purpose

Leadership can be both rewarding and exhausting. Some days are filled with joy and breakthrough. Other days bring disappointment, doubt, and discouragement. Often, both can happen before lunch.

Stay the Course is a weekly devotional created to encourage leaders to remain anchored in Christ through every high and low. These reflections will help you keep your focus on the One who called you, sustains you, and walks with you each day.

Each devotion is an invitation to slow down, refocus on God's truth, and allow Him to guide, encourage, nurture, and teach you as you do the same for others. No matter where you find yourself on the journey, may these moments in God's Word help you stay faithful, stay encouraged, and stay the course.

Determined

Nothing you do for the Lord is ever wasted. Even when you can't see the fruit, God is still at work. Even when the outcome is different from what you hoped for, He is accomplishing His purposes.

    Holy

What an incredible privilege. The God whose holiness caused the people of Beth Shemesh to tremble is the same holy God who now invites us to draw near through His Son.

        Burn the Ships

Sometimes we want to keep our options open. We obey God, but we quietly hold on to alternatives just in case the path becomes difficult.

          Pursuit

Our faith is not ultimately in what Jesus can do for us, but in who He is. We pursue Him because we trust His character, His power, and His promises.

            Intermission

We are not asking Jesus to share our heavy burden. He is inviting us to share His light one. It is a profound privilege to serve alongside Him, rather than just working for Him.
